State Captial & Capital of my heart
When I approached Cinderella’s castle in Florida on my second visit, I was stunned! It had changed dramatically. I knew it was because it’s the "Year Of A Million Dreams" where guests win a million prizes throughout the course of the year (like staying at the new Cinderella Suite within the castle) but still, it was quite a change, as you can see. Before and after. 2005 and 2007. Even the weather was different… heh!
Disneyworld was great! I got to see Finding Nemo the musical and explore attractions I hadn’t before and with friends this time! They even were selling the Finding Nemo cast recording already. I thought the cast sounded better than the recording though. Basically, I was also thrilled I could get Disney discounts because I’m considered a Cast Member (which Disney calls its staff).
I also had a short visit to Washington, DC, the country’s capital. It’s so different from NY! Cleaner! And people were calmer, less manic which made me feel more at peace. There were also shorter or no lines/queues at all! I went to some musuems (saw the Hope Diamond) and checked out Chinatown.
Back to real life now… the adventure continues!
