Lingon Berry Bits
The past weeks have been quite "the life". I was back in New York for more auditions (Aladdin, Finding Nemo and The Lion King). I also went to my roommate’s art exhibition of her paintings, ate great Korean food with my other roommate and shopped a little at the Manhattan Mall. I also finished watching the entire first season of Desperate Housewives on DVD. It is definitely my favourite series on top of the Aaron Spelling ones now. I highly recommend it! Spelling is recently deceased unfortunately, but he produced some really great TV series like Beverly Hills 90210, Dallas (it’s coming back), Melrose Place (which Desperate Housewives’ Marcia Cross and Doug Savant were in) and many more.
Yesterday I was at IKEA. Did I mention they have a great breakfast specials for 99 cents? I also love their Swedish meatballs with Lingonberry jam. They even have a Lingonberry-Apple sparkler which made it home with me. And Lingonberry soda which I had with lunch!! After that I hopped over to watch Menopause, playing here in New Haven. It’s a musical, well needless to say about… menopause. There was a lady next to me who enlightened me to the fact that I was the only under 50 in the audience. Heh!
