I heard about Finding Nemo the musical when some guy next to me at Tarzan on Broadway started talking about it. I thought how fun it would be to watch it at Disneyworld where it will open in Nov. I later auditioned for both Hong Kong Disneyland and Disneyworld Florida. Both panels mentioned I should audition for Finding Nemo. One panel even said he was going to recommend me for it. Soon, there was news about the audition and of course, I went. Out of the hundreds that were seen that day, I got a callback. Out of the fewer people seen the next time, I had another callback. This was the last round. I got to the meet the director himself and had a challenging yet fun-filled audition. I didn’t book the job but I’m encouraged that I came so close.

Instead, I booked another Disney job on the movie Enchanted. I’m background (New York tourist) in a scene where Susan Sarandon, who plays the Queen, bursts out of a manhole in the middle of Times Square in pursuit of her son. They come from animated land into real life. I’m now eager to catch it at the movies Nov 2007!
