Smashing Singapore

I forgot how wonderful Singapore is! Stuffing my face with local food, rubbing shoulders at the clubs, shopping during the Great Singapore Sale, most of all being with family and friends. Wow. I don’t wanna head back to NY. I took two pictures… one of the Bubble Tea menu at a shop at Tiong Bahru Plaza and another of the new Tiong Bahru market. You could eat like a king for less than US$5!
I still think this country is too hot. And what’s with the SBS buses squeaking? Back in NY it’s the trains. Guess it’s a case of ‘you-can’t-avoid-the-worst-of-both-worlds’, but let’s stick to looking at what’s best from both worlds. =)

Nice to see that I am not the only one that thinks S’pore is too hot when I am visiting…. S’pore is very cheap compared to where I live where its deem to be one of the most expensive country in the world!

Ditto to both of you! It’s not THAT expensive. I think living there is, what with the $5200 per square foot condos for sale right now, but food, shopping, everyday living when you’re crashing at your parents’ house? Pretty affordable.
